Frequently asked questions
Do callers know they're speaking to an AI?
Yes. The greeting says it's an automated assistant and that calls may be recorded, as UK rules require. Callers can ask for a person or leave a message at any time.
What happens to calls it can't handle?
They're passed to a member of staff, sent to voicemail, or logged with the caller's details so your team can call back first thing. You choose the rules.
Do we need to change our software or phone system?
No. Automations connect to the tools you already use, and the voice receptionist works by forwarding your existing number at the times you choose.
Is our data safe? What about GDPR?
Everything runs in accounts you own, and we only get the access a build needs. We sign a data processing agreement before starting, use UK or EU hosting where available, and don't store clinical details for healthcare clients.
Is the first build really free?
Yes. We build one agreed automation, or run the voice receptionist for 14 days, at no cost. You pay only if you decide to keep it.
What if something breaks?
Every build comes with a handover video and notes. Fixes are covered for 30 days, and monthly plans include monitoring and small changes.
