Who we are
Wired & Warped is a trading name of Aura Group Ventures Ltd (company no. 17333267), registered office 20 Swan Buildings, Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JW. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@wiredandwarped.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form and bookings: your name, work email, company and message, used to reply to you and arrange a call. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) or steps prior to entering a contract.
- Business outreach: we may contact businesses using publicly available business contact details to offer our services. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time by replying "no thanks" or emailing us, and we will not contact you again.
- Client work: when we build automations, data stays in accounts you own. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under a written data processing agreement.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: website hosting and forms (Netlify), scheduling (Cal.com), and email (Fasthosts). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 24 months. Client records: 6 years after the engagement ends, for legal and accounting purposes. Opt-out requests: kept indefinitely so we don't contact you again.
Where your data is handled
Some of our consultants work remotely from outside the UK, including Pakistan. Where they need access to personal data to deliver a project, we only share what the task requires, they work under written confidentiality and data protection terms, and transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards required by UK GDPR. If your data needs to stay in the UK, tell us and we will agree how your project is handled before any work starts.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or restrict it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
